Payments

 

We are able to accept most forms of payment, so parents and caregivers can choose whichever suits them most. Arrangements can also be made for payment by automatic payments or instalments.

On-line payments, using credit card or internet banking, can be made through the Glendowie College Parent and Student Portal.  Simply login with the User ID and password you received at the start of the year and choose the Financial option. Using the Portal you can choose the specific transactions you are to pay.  You can find a step-by-step guide here and also our payment terms and conditions.

Cash, cheques, EFT-POS, and credit cards are all accepted at the Accounts Office, situated in the Administration building. You can advise Mrs Andrea McComish, Accounts Officer, of the charges you wish to pay. The Accounts Office is open daily 10.30am to 4pm. Students can make payments at interval and lunchtimes.

You can also pay by direct credit into the school’s bank account 12-3027-0364377-00.  To ensure the money is correctly allocated, please ensure that you provide the following:

Particulars         Student Name or Student ID

Code                   Student form class

Reference          What is being paid

Alternatively you can use the internet banking through the Portal and select the transactions to pay yourself.

NZ Banks are implementing a ‘Confirmation of Payee’ (COP) system by the end of the year for personal banking clients.  COP provides added security for your payments by ensuring that the bank account name AND number match to a valid account. 

To avoid any payment issues, please update your bank records, so that you have the school’s name and number as shown below:
